Invest in the snowboard and ski industry.
It is estimated that total snowboard related sales between
Aug.06 and Jan.07 reached $1.6B*.
With a renewed
interest in the dormant step-in snowboard binding
segment we are confident
there is a niche in the market we can fill, coupled with an
aggressive investor.
We feel
bringing this product to market today would require an investment of $5M.
We are also open to
licensing proposals, but
we are hoping to start up this venture with an Angel Investor.
We have invested
many years in this start-up and significant amounts of money
creating/testing prototypes, securing our patent and shopping the product
around. At this point we need the right investor to believe in the
product as we do.
Besides our
step-in binding technical expertise we are able to bring our web
development company to the table. It is estimated that
on-line snowboard related sales reached $274M* between Aug.06 and
Jan.07. With a strong on-line presence we would be able to
tap into those sales.
